I am a Spokane native with 30 years of experience. After owning On The Level Tattoo for 10 years, it was time for a change. The neighborhood started moving in a direction that wasn't viable for a successful business and our clientele wanted more out of the experience. Joe Clark and I worked together on a new concept, Aeterna Tattoo. We have created a relaxing environment that is clean and modern yet holds true to the essence of a tattoo studio.
